LOL 764 & LOL 2048 CELEBRATE MEMBERSHIP MILESTONES IN THE INSTITUTION
On 6th October 2008 our current Worthy Master, Wor Bro George Wylie MBE
TD, celebrated his 50th Anniversary of Membership of the Orange Institution.
On the evening of 6th October 2008, after our usual lodge meeting, Wor Bro
Wylie MBE TD was presented with his 50 Years Membership Certificate and
Jewel.
Our Worthy Master continually supports the Orange Institution and as well
as being a member of the City of Londonderry Grand Orange Lodge, also holds
the office of District Master (City of Londonderry No 5 District) and the
Worthy Master of his own private lodge (a position he has held for the past
18 years).
On this evening were also joined by a neighbouring lodge, LOL2048, when
their lodge also had a Member celebrating his 50 Years Membership, who was
also presented with his 50 Years Membership Certificate and Jewel.
